Return Flow: If you decide to return the Flow headset within the trial period, you will only be charged the trial fee of CHF 98.– (per device). Please arrange the return shipment within 5 working days after the end of the trial period.

The Flow treatment is experienced differently from person to person.
Some users feel almost nothing, while others notice a slight itching, tingling, or a mild stinging or warming sensation on the forehead.
Several factors can influence a Flow treatment, such as sleep quality and skin sensitivity, which is why sensations may vary from session to session. During the first 3 minutes, the stimulation may feel more intense. Over time, users become accustomed to the sensation of the treatment.

The amount of reimbursement varies depending on the insurance model. We recommend contacting your CSS insurance partner directly to find out which services are covered.
However, the treatment is only approved and should only be used by people over 18 years of age who have been diagnosed with depression (major depressive disorder).
